Zachariah Manchester

As an associate attorney at Andrew Szocka, P.C., Zachariah focuses on corporate and real estate law, both litigation and transactional.  He has litigated corporate and real estate issues in both state and federal court.  In addition, throughout law school, Zachariah studied corporate law, from corporate governance to mergers and acquisitions of businesses, and everything in between.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude and second in his class, earning an award for the highest grade in his Trial Practice course.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Zachariah was a sales supervisor at a transportation management and sales company, where he earned Employee of the Year.  Working at a small business gave him the perspective and inside knowledge to truly understand small businesses and their legal needs.
